Over the past several weeks, mashable.com, has been taking weekly polls to see how some of the leading online services stack up against their competitors. The latest in the series of polls is WordPress v. TypePad.
Readers were asked to vote between WordPress and TypePad in order to figure out which blogging platform should reign supreme. The results of the face-off though were overwhelming. 3,102 votes were cast, and with 87% of vote, WordPress destroyed Typepad. WordPress garnered 2,714 votes compared to Typepad’s mere 267 votes (9%). 121 of the readers decided to call it a tie.
